Jean-Jacques Naudé

Jean-Jacques grew up in Worcester, along with his two siblings, a twin sister and a younger brother.
He attended the Pioneer School for the visually impaired and later Montana High School, where he served as head boy during his matric year in 2013.
After graduating from high school, Jean-Jacques studied in Stellenbosch where he obtained a qualification in bookkeeping and business management. He then attended the University of Stellenbosch where he graduated with an LLB degree in 2018. Jean-Jacques finally returned to Worcester where he completed his articles of clerkship in 2020.
While completing his articles of clerkship, Jean-Jacques furthered his studies with a qualification in the Administration of Deceased Estates, which was presented by the University of South Africa (UNISA) in collaboration with Legal Education & Development (LEAD).
After his admission as a legal practitioner and enrollment as an attorney of the High Court in February 2021, Jean-Jacques decided to start his own law firm and became the proud founder and owner of J Naudé Prokureurs / Attorneys.
During his spare time Jean-Jacques enjoys water-skiing as well as playing the piano and guitar. To him, however, spending quality time with his wife, family and friends is of the utmost importance.
René Naudé

René was born and raised in Pretoria, where she completed her primary and high school years. She matriculated from Menlopark High School in 2014.
After graduating from high school, René decided to further her studies at the University of Stellenbosch, where she obtained a BA Degree in Psychology and Xhosa.
After completing her BA Degree, René obtained her Honours Degree in Psychology at the South African College of Applied Psychology (SACAP) in Cape Town.
She furthermore obtained a Masters Degree in Psychology from the University of Arden in London and is currently busy completing her post graduate Bachelors of Law Degree from Stadio University.
René was a competitive swimmer and lifesaver throughout her primary and high school years and in 2013 she competed at the Common Wealth Games in Australia, where she obtained two silver medals.
During her spare time, René enjoys watching movies, reading and spending quality time with family and friends.
Emile Cheswinn-Marc Windvogel
Associate Attorney

Emile was born and raised in Bonnievale with his two younger brothers, where he completed his primary and high school years and matriculated from Bonnievale High School in 2016.
His pursuit of education led him to the University of Western Cape, where he diligently worked towards and earned his Bachelor of Law degree in 2020.
Upon graduation, Emile dedicated himself to completing his articles of clerkship, eventually achieving admission as a legal practitioner and enrollment as an attorney of the High Court in April 2024. He has since embarked on the next chapter of his legal career as an associate attorney at J Naudé Attorneys Inc.
Emile's passion for the legal field is evident in his dedication to assisting with various legal disputes, particularly in areas such as labour law, criminal law, and family law.
Beyond his professional endeavours, Emile finds joy in sports, notably as a member of the De Wetshof Strikers Cricket Club. He also plays a role in rugby, serving on the Disciplinary Committee of the Boland Rugby Union, and regularly engaging with rugby clubs within the union.
During his leisure time, Emile indulges in diverse interests such as hiking, playing the guitar, fishing, and immersing himself in books. His broad range of hobbies reflects his well-rounded nature and passion for both work and play.
